Their receptionist could be better & more professional; service department leaves a lot to be desired; be prepared to wait appointment times obviously 🙄 doesn’t matter. Avoid this dealership & others on the “O.B.T.” Corridor if you’re looking for a positive experience. There are better options; shop around before you make a decision 🤔Let the buyer beware!

I attempted to use this business last Saturday when I was locked out of my vehicle. My husband had called a different locksmith earlier in the morning, and not having heard back from them, I called St Cloud Locksmiths. The lady who answered, quite likely an answering service, took my information and said that the technician would give me a call. About 2 hours later, when I had not heard anything, I attempted to call back to see how long it would be. The woman asked if I had called another locksmith earlier. I said my husband had. She said I would have to go with the other business and hung up on me. Not understanding, I attempted to call her back to explain that we had never heard back from the others, and she told me at that point that it was the same technician for both businesses. I told her if she would have just explained that before and not hung up on me, that would have been nice. Then she hung up on me again. I attempted to email the business and let them know what had happened, but never heard anything from them. Between the $500 price tag and the lack of customer service, I wouldn't call these guys back if hell froze over.

Have a CLK320 with a dead battery and could not use the manual key to get into the car. Called this company and they were responsive, fast, and arrived within the set window. Once he finally got into the car, he even offered to jump it! Highly recommended!
